Restrooms

The museum has restrooms, some of which are accessible to people with disabilities, located on levels -1 and -2.

Elevator

An elevator allows people with reduced mobility and strollers access to the entire museum circuit, temporary exhibitions and commercial spaces.

Baby changing areas

The museum provides two baby changing areas located on level -2: one in the women's restrooms near the auditorium and the other in the mixed restrooms near the educational workshop.

Cloakroom

A free cloakroom is available for visitors to store their personal belongings (coats, small luggage, etc.).
The following items must be stored in the cloakroom: large backpacks, motorcycle helmets, large umbrellas, and carry-on suitcases measuring no more than 56x45x25 cm.

Borrowing wheelchairs, folding seats, canes and little blue bag

Wheelchairs, folding seats and canes, which can be used within the museum, are available upon presentation of an ID card at the coat check.

The museum also lends out little blue bag free of charge, containing sensory items to enhance the visitor experience (noise-canceling headphones, tinted glasses, stress relief items, etc.). 

Water fountain

A water fountain is at your disposal on level -2 of the museum, in the entrance of the restrooms.

Free wifi

The wifi is free and open to all. To connect, select the Musee_Orangerie_Public network. Once you have accepted the general conditions of use, you will be redirected to the museum's website and you will be able to browse freely on the internet. Once wifi access is registered on your device, you will be connected automatically in covered areas.
