Terms of use
Tickets usable by individual visitors only, valid for the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions, one year as from payment date, for one visit.
Please note:
- At Musée d’Orsay, a ticket does not systematically guarantee access to temporary exhibitions, since entry to exhibitions is subject to tonnage limitations and number of visitors in these spaces on the day of the visit.
- At Musée de l’Orangerie, visitors with an “open number” ticket must obtain a time-stamped countermark free of charge from the Musée de l’Orangerie online ticket office in order to be able to access the collections and exhibitions.
Price conditions
- Ticket for Musée d’Orsay: €16
- Late opening ticket for Musée d’Orsay: €12 (valid from 6 pm on Thursday)
- Ticket for Musée de l’Orangerie: €12.5
- Late opening ticket for Musée de l’Orangerie: €10 (from March 27 to July 17, 2026. On Fridays from 6pm)
2 ticket formats available on the online platform
- “Digital open ready-to-use” tickets in PDF format:
For this type of ticket, each order line relating to a different product is limited to 150 units.
- Tickets “to be converted to barcode by the buyer”
Excel file that the buyer can download directly on the platform once payment is registered. These orders are limited to 1,000 units.
Benefit from a €0.50 discount per ticket on all orders of 500 and more tickets purchased for the same ticket type.
The discount is not given on the full cart value but per order line: to obtain the €0.50 discount per ticket, mixed purchases are possible:
For purchases in CSV file format: You can mix different types of tickets to reach a basket of 500 tickets or more. However, purchases are limited to 1,000 tickets.
For purchases in PDF file format: You can mix and match different types of tickets. However, purchases are limited to 150 tickets per basket.

The Public Establishment of the Musées d’Orsay and the Musée de l’Orangerie – Valéry Giscard d’Estaing communicates a username and password to each partner individually, enabling them to log on to the online sales platform.

Carte Blanche membership community rate
The Carte Blanche provides unlimited reserved access to Musée d'Orsay’s and Musée de l'Orangerie’s permanent collections and temporary exhibitions, as well as many other advantages and discounts for a full year.
Please note: it is not possible to purchase Carte Blanche tickets on the online sales platform.
